    Public offer agreement

    This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine at the time of the agreement's creation and regulates the procedure for providing services by FOP Striletskyi Pavlo Ihorovych (hereinafter referred to as the 'Platform') to natural and legal persons (hereinafter referred to as the 'User') regarding the use of the muzika.ua and muzika-distribution.com resources.
    Acceptance of the offer (registration on the site, use of the platform, or placing an order) is a full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.

    1. Subject of the agreement
    1.1. The Platform provides the User with access to online services for music content distribution, creating a personal account, and processing digital product orders via the muzika.ua and muzika-distribution.com websites.

    2. Platform terms of use
    2.1. To access services, the User completes a registration process during which they provide current personal data.
    2.2. The User agrees to the Privacy Policy published on the website, which is an integral part of this Agreement.
    2.3. The platform has the right to send informational, service, and technical messages through the provided communication channels.

    3. Rights and obligations of the parties
    3.1. The platform undertakes to:
    - to provide access to the functionality of the personal account;
    - to process user orders;
    - to ensure the security of personal data in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
    3.2. The user undertakes to:
    - not to violate the copyrights of third parties when using the platform's services;
    - to provide accurate information during registration;
    - to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

    4. Cost of services and payment procedures
    4.1. The Platform's services may be free or paid in accordance with the rates published on the website.
    4.2. Payment is made using available methods on the muzika-distribution.com platform.

    5. Liability of the parties
    5.1. The Platform is not liable for possible service interruptions that do not depend on its actions or fault.
    5.2. The user bears full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the provided information, as well as for the use of content that infringes on copyright.

    6. Final provisions
    6.1. This Agreement enters into force from the moment of using the Platform's services and is valid throughout the entire period of using the Platform.
    6.2. The Platform reserves the right to change the terms of the Agreement unilaterally by publishing an updated version on the website. The current version is always available on the "Privacy Policy" page.
    6.3. We recommend periodically reviewing this page to stay informed about changes.
    6.4. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and in case of disagreement — in court according to the legislation of Ukraine.
