    About us

Who we are and what we do

MUZIKA — an ecosystem for independent artists, bands, producers, and labels. We combine technology, years of experience in the music industry, a network of professional partners and communities so that the creator can independently manage their rights, income, and decisions.

We co-create new music at Muzika HUB in Kyiv. We protect copyrights together with CMO UACRR. We release music to streaming platforms via muzika-dist.com and we transfer 100% of monetization to artists. We create multilinks in listen-muzika.com. We openly share knowledge about the industry and accumulate the largest knowledge base about the music business.

    Less hassle. More music.

      New horizons

    Freedom

This is what the artist feels. Freedom to create, choose, earn, and grow.

    Independence

This is what MUZIKA helps them build: own rights, control over income, access to tools, knowledge, and partners.

Independence does not mean doing everything yourself: You can collaborate with labels, managers, publishers, and producers while remaining independent in your decisions — deciding who to work with, what to delegate, and who owns your rights, finances, and business.

    What we believe in

    • Independence instead of dependence

The music industry was historically built around those who had capital, market access, and controlled creators' rights. Technology has changed this: today, a creator can own their rights, revenue, and audience and build their own music business. The power balance between industry participants needs to shift.

    • Collaboration instead of isolation or subordination

Independence does not mean doing everything yourself. An artist can work with labels, managers, producers, studios, and other professionals—but as partners or contractors, delegating specific tasks rather than giving up control over their own career.

    • Technologies and knowledge as tools of freedom

What previously required a large team and infrastructure can today be automated and made accessible to every creator. Our task is to remove complexity and provide tools for transparent management of rights, finances, releases, promo, and one's own development.

    How we act

    • Transparency and knowledge

We make the music industry understandable. The creator should see where the money comes from, who owns the rights, what opportunities are available, and how their music business works — and make informed decisions.

    • Fair rules of the game

We oppose models where one participant wins due to another's lack of awareness. We do not fight with market players, but offer a fairer alternative.

    • Act decisively

We don't wait for the industry to change itself. We create technologies, automate processes, launch new solutions, and set the pace of development.

    • Unite

We create an environment where artists, managers, labels, producers, technology partners, and other industry participants collaborate, share opportunities, and grow together. MUZIKA is a gathering point, not an isolated service.

    • Defending independence

We stand on the side of those who find it difficult to defend their interests in the industry on their own. We protect the artist's right to their own creativity, income, decisions, and development.

    • Open new horizons

We help talents enter international markets, and we ourselves create solutions that work beyond borders.

A team in love with music and a large community of creators. Technologies take on the routine, while people remain nearby: they answer, advise, and come to concerts and recording sessions.
